Motif Feature of chr11:66729182..66729284 in Human

TE-derived TSS Region: chr11:66729182..66729284

This page displays the transcription factor motifs of transposon (TE) - derived transcription start site (TSS) region, along with TE and TSS in the conversed regions of mammals.

Motif DNA Feature

The first sequence in the figure represents TE-derived TSS region in human (red represents genomic region, green represents transposons, gray represents transcription start sites, and yellow represents transcription factor motifs). Sequences below show the sequence features of consensus regions in mammals. You can determine if there are any TE or TSS in the consensus regions. If there is only one sequence, it means that the TE-derived TSS is unique to human and not conserved in other species.

To ensure the accuracy of the displayed results, only motifs with a p-value less than 5e-6 are annotated in the DNA feature plot. If you would like to see more transcription factor motifs, please refer to the table in the "all motifs" section.
